Good without the Caffeine
These have been awesome when I need to focus but don’t want the caffeine. It has been especially great when taken towards the end of a long work day or in the evenings when I’m trying to get some work done. I do find myself missing the ritual of having something to sip on, however, they get the job done.

Provides a boost to clarity and concentration without side-effects
Supplement arrived well-packaged and sealed with an attractive label which is clear and easy to read. Once unsealed, no sign of content dust or smell told me the capsules are quality-made and not leaking contents. They are a bit on the large size, but go down easily. No stomach upset, odd aftertaste or burping after use. I tend to use them in the afternoons for a boost of clarity without caffiene and the inevitable jitters.Overall, I like these and feel like they help generally with focus and concentration without any negative side effects. Will purchase again and recommend.

Very effective for my brain fog, focus, and executive function.
I'm actually not surprised at all that this Neutonic Nootropic Brain Supplement is effective for me; I already know from prior experience that Citicoline and Rhodiola rosea are two of the most effective cognitive supplements for me personally, out of all the myriad supplements I've tried for my severe ADHD. The dosage is also in line with my personal sweet spot; if I am only supplementing Rhodiola, I might need a higher dosage (500-700mg), but I've noticed that when it is supported by certain other nootropics that are present in this blend, I can get away with 400mg.While I personally don't find Ginseng, Bacopa and Gingko Biloba stand-outs on their own (at least not in the way where it's super noticeable like with Rhodiola and Citicoline), I have noticed that they seem to have an important supportive role for me and seem to make the entire blend a bit more effective versus simply taking Rhodiola alone, for example. This supplement also contains an array of B-vitamins, as deficiency in any B-vitamins is known to cause fatigue. This is why you see so many of these cognitive complexes include them; it's practical to try and fill in a relatively common nutrition gap.I've never tried this brand before, but I am familiar enough with the impacts of these ingredients to say that I believe this is a legitimate supplement and includes its advertised ingredients. I take this when I first wake up, along with an electrolyte drink, and I find it helps me get my brain running and smooths out the executive function a bit for the rest of my day. To give a precise breakdown, I take it when my alarm goes off at 4PM (I am a third shifter), and I start feeling it wear off typically around 2-3AM.If you are also interested in this for ADHD support, be advised it mostly seems to benefit executive function, focus/brain fog, and time blindness for me. I don't think it helps with emotional dysregulation at all, for me at least. With that said, of course, be mindful that what works for one person may not work for someone else. I can only report on my own direct experience. It's a bit pricy compared to some other similar complexes, but if you are like me and live somewhere that experiences frequent ADHD medication shortages, I do think this is worthwhile to help keep yourself functional even during those times where access is interrupted or limited, or as general support for your medication regimen. As always, confer with your doctor to ensure that nothing in this complex may interfere with any health conditions or medications you may take! Also, finally, be aware that it is advised to take a week or so off from Rhodiola every few months. There is some conflicting evidence and some people believe this recommendation may be an old wives' tale, but until we have more concrete research disputing the advisement to take breaks to keep up efficacy, I think it is smarter to err on the side of caution and take those breaks for now.

These pills say they're made in the USA, so let that put your mind at ease...
How do you review such things? It's basically impossible because it is so subjective to your overall physical and mental state. After taking these for a couple days, the only thing I can say for sure is this: I'm still alive and I did not get sick. Before taking these, I reviewed the container for contents and origin of manufacturing. I will not put a random pill into my body unless there is some assurance that there are legal consequences. It says they're made in the United States. The label lists that this is essentially vitamins and I do not see anything that is too exotic. If it's made in the US and the ingredients seem "normal" then I'll take a chance.Having taken these for a couple days, I've noticed no change in my energy levels, or focus. Likewise I haven't noticed any negative changes either like increased "jitteriness" or nerviousness or anything.Again...how do you review a "state of mind"? Is any current "state of mind" the result of what you've eaten, or your environment, or your particular brain chemistry? It's probably all of these and more. Or is it these pills or anything else that makes similar claims without clinical proof? The only reason I even took a chance on these for a review was because I have short term memory issues. My long term memory is great, it's just getting those short term memories moved into that storage space in my head. After a couple day of these, I can't really say that there's any difference in this regard. As of right now, this is a 3 star item only because it is made in the USA and as such, there are consequences if there are any negative affects, of which I have not observed any.3-stars.If I suddnely become Johnny Mnemonic, I'll come back here and change this to 5-stars and I'll also purchase a life time supply. Likewise, if I end up drooling into a cup, I've left written instruction in my will for my wife to come back here and update this review and change it to 1-star.

Basically a Lightning Bolt in a Capsule (But Make It Caffeine-Free)
Okay, I’ll admit it—I was curious. “Brain capsules”? What is this, sci-fi for grownups? Naturally, I had to give them a go.They say they’re caffeine-free, and maybe they are… but let me tell you, I popped one in the morning and suddenly my usual lunchtime nap was like, “Ma’am, we don’t know you.” I wasn’t jittery, just weirdly alert, like I’d been plugged into a cosmic Wi-Fi signal.I felt sharper, more focused, and even a little too motivated. Like, I started organizing my junk drawer unprovoked. That’s how you know something’s working. To be safe, I’ve only been taking one every four days while I ease into this new mental superpower lifestyle. Two capsules in, and I can already tell—these are going to be my secret weapon for study marathons and days when my brain needs to stop buffering.Highly recommend if you like your neurons firing on all cylinders—with zero caffeine guilt.
