Severe battery degradation after 6 months
I’m writing this after 6 months of use. At the beginning, the battery was great and would last close to a week. But right around the 6-month mark it suddenly degraded and now it won’t even last 2 days, I basically have to charge it daily. Yesterday I went to sleep with 46% battery and the ring disconnected about 6 hours later during the night because it ran out of battery!!!! The ring/app are fine when the battery behaves, but this kind of degradation at 6 months is unacceptable for the price. It matches other reviews reporting the same issue, so it seems like a recurring problem. Unless Samsung addresses this with a replacement program or a clear fix, I can’t recommend it.
