Men's Solstice XT 3 Cross Training Shoe

Excellent shoes for working out at the gym. They are very comfortable and the quality is palpable. Altra shoes are known for their ample toe box which allows one's feet natural freedom of movement. I typically wear size 12 but 12.5 fits better.

9-ish months later, and they’re holding up fantastically. I wear them every day and love the wide toe box. Probably not the most comfortable for a long run, but great for every other activity (weight training, around the house wear, walking, etc).

I love the shoes, they fit great and look good and are very comfortable. I wore these shoes 1 day after I got them and did a HIIT workout, lower body with sled pushes, box jumps and a lot of squats. The sole of the right shoe had started to separate from the shoe about halfway (25 min) into the workout. I contacted Altra customer service only to be told we are sorry they didn’t workout and I could return them ( as if that was new information). I contacted them before I wrote this review and I let them know I wanted to talk to them before I write the review. Other than that I love the shoe as I know many people at my gym that have them and love them with no issues. I received these shoes 30 Mar 2025 and worked out in them 31 March 2025. Update!!!!! July 2025. I decided to give them another try because I love the style and fit. I will see how it goes when I workout in them.

Best sneakers. Fit extremely well. Toe area extremely comfortable.

Love the wide toe box. The flat soul really helps you push thru the hills of your feet when deadlifting, squatting and all those good push workouts. Also really comfy while also being true to size with no painful brake in period. I have had them for a few months both and very durable stylish shoe. At an affordable price!

My husband says these are the most comfortable shoes he’s ever owned. The podiatrist recommended this brand for support, comfort, wide toe space and overall quality.

Do NOT buy. After 2 weeks of limited gym use the shoe fell apart. Absolutely unacceptable. It shows that there are major flaws in the manufacturing and production of these shoes. I do not recommend them.

I really like the shoes. I had a pair of the originals. Unfortunately I've had to glue pieces of the outsole back on multiple times, the first time within the first 3 months.

The back of the heel caves in at every step rubbing against your socks and heel, that is why I returned it. It is a pitty because otherwise looks a nice shoe

I am very happy with these shoes. They are comfortable and offer good support on the court. I found out about them from the recommended list of shoes by Dr Angela Walk.

Ho comprato le Solstice xt3 di Altra perché cercavo una scarpa zero drop che avesse anche un adeguato spessore della suola ed un minimo di ammortizzazione. Le utilizzo come scarpa da tutti i giorni e dopo più di un mese sono soddisfatto della scelta.

A very high quality sneaker and the toe box fits my wide feet really well. Probably the most comfortable sneaker out of the box I’ve worn. 7 months in and they are still looking like new and I wear them every day for all sorts of activity from gym to bush runs.
