Can't charge battery's charger won't plug in

I assume you mean the connection to the battery and not the connection to the mains. I also had difficulty as it appears it is a spring loaded ball bearing within the battery into which the lead plugs. I put a little valentine into the hole and using a little screwdriver pressed the balls up and down.a few times which made it easier to.locate the charge connector. Hope this helps as I have been very impressed with the tool.

Will this chainsaw remove or lower a tree truck to ground level?

Depends on thickness of trunk,this will manage a 4 inch thick trunk BUT do it in small sections otherwise weight of tree will bind the chainsaw

Is this compatable with Dewalt batteries?

No idea batteries supplied are good

Does it come with oil in it?

Hi there. It does not come with oil. I have got the oil from screw fix. It’s chain oil.
