Dear Sir/Madam,I am writing this formal complaint to express my utter dissatisfaction with the defective product I received and the substandard after-sales services provided by both Boat and Amazon.I purchased the Boat Airdopes Loop Cool Grey on December 31, 2024, which was delivered on January 1, 2025. Upon receiving the product, I noticed that while the connection worked initially, the battery percentage was only 40%. Despite charging the Airdopes for two days, the product failed to charge properly.On January 7, 2025, I raised a complaint with Amazon, as the product was still within the return and refund period, which was valid until January 8, 2025. Amazon redirected me to Boat, citing a change in their policy terms. They provided me with a link to register my complaint with Boat.However, the link provided did not function properly until January 9, 2025, by which time the return/refund period had already expired. Despite explaining this to Amazon, they insisted that I follow up with Boat. On the other hand, Boat’s customer service team offered verbal sympathy but failed to provide any concrete solution or written confirmation. As a result, I was left with no replacement or refund for a defective product.This incident highlights the following concerns:Lack of Accountability: Both Boat and Amazon failed to take responsibility for addressing the issue within the valid return/refund period.Inefficient Customer Service: Boat’s online complaint system and customer support were unresponsive and unhelpful, resulting in delays that invalidated my claim.Manipulative Practices: The deliberate delays in processing complaints appear to be a tactic to ensure that customers’ return/refund periods expire, leaving them with defective products.Quality Concerns: This is the second time I have faced issues with Boat’s Airdopes, raising serious doubts about the quality of newly launched products.I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and transparency exhibited by both companies. Such practices erode customer trust and discourage online purchases .I would like to thank boat and Amazon for wasting my time .

I enjoy a good sound experience with music. And I've only found some extremely expensive brands able to provide the experience.For the places where I need to use the best of the rest, I always suggest Boats TWS. This is loop Airdopes Boat line. And it performs admirably under all conditions. Voice Calls, YouTube, Video calls, WhatsApp calls, Mobile games.I'd highly appreciate the sound quality and the spatial variability given in the buds. At the same time please be aware that the app has a function and you will appreciate the sound much more of you take the time to tweak it to your liking.The issue is with the battery life of the case. Its a bit low for my liking. Approximately 2 days and then it reaches zero.However, let me also say that the buds themselves keep on going well past the 5 day mark themselves. And that the best part. The case can be charged at my leisure, even when I get lost with the buds themselves.Highly recommended and appreciated

Bought it in December 2024. Right side loop stopped working in feb. Went to the service centre, they refused yo take up the complaint. Had to spent half day at the center n got the issued solved. In April same loop started disconnecting frequently again. This time they kept me on wait at the service center for an hour n refused to take up the complaint stating that the issued didn't appear when they checked. I had to spent 2 half day leaves from office and 2*100 rupees for auto on this useless product after buying it for such a high price. 1 * for product and -5 star for boat service. Please don't buy🙏

These are extremely light weight and sound quality is very good. They do not cause any pain in the ears and also do not block the ears, so we can also hear surrounding sound. Battery life is also good enough.

I bought the Boat Airdrop Loop Earbuds from Amazon on April 17th, and I was really excited to try them out Unfortunately when I received them I noticed a scratch on the top which was disappointing I decided to give them a try anyway they seemed comfortable to wear even for extended periods which was a plus However the sound quality was a letdown there was barely any bass and the overall sound felt flat After just a few days of use the right earbud completely stopped working I tried charging it but it wouldn't respond at all Overall I’m really disappointed because I expected more from a brand like Boat The battery life and sound quality just didn’t meet my expectations I hope they improve these aspects

This product looks great, is also very good to wear in ears but there are many problems with it. Like the ear buds do not charge properly. I applied warranty and got it replaced but even the new ear buds worked fine for just one month and then it started having charging problem. The ear buds are not charging at all. So don't waste your money by buying this. It is a very bad product. It is good only to look at and to wear. Everything else is useless.
