I only have tried this for two days. First time I needed help to get on and adjust. It feels like it is doing something good for my back. It is brand new so it is not what I would call comfortable but it is definitely helping to sit up straighter. Lightweight and soft. It says 28 days and you will see a difference. I am bent over from using rolater am I believe this will Correct my posture my waist was 39 inches so I got med-large just right.

Very disappointed. I am long waisted and ordered a medium. The brace is for very short waisted people. It does not go around my waist; it goes around my rib cage and over my boobs. If you are a large breasted female, forget it. The top of the back sticks way up so I cannot wear it under clothes. The velcro overlaps a lot, so it will be very hot to wear in the summer. I had ordered one a few years ago and it had a narrower waist band. I wore a lumbar support brace over top of it and it gave me great support. I wish the design had not been changed.

I recently tried this back brace posture corrector, and my experience has been somewhat mixed. It does help with posture correction, I noticed it gently pulls my shoulders back and reminds me to sit and stand straighter, which is a plus. It’s also fairly lightweight and can be worn under clothing, making it somewhat versatile for use at home or during daily activities. However, it can feel a bit bulky at times, especially when wearing it for longer periods, and it’s not the most comfortable for all day wear. While it does improve posture, my back still tends to hurt, so it’s not a complete solution. The durability seems decent so far, with materials that hold up with regular use. Overall, it works to an extent, but it may not fully relieve discomfort for everyone.

Very sturdy and well made, however not what I expected. I am keeping it because results are determined by long term use. I have not had this long enough for a complete review.

This little back brace was a game changer for me. My back has been fused from shoulder blades to tailbone. I has lost the curve in my spine causing great pain. My wonderful surgeon had to do same surgery three times. I fell in rehab after. First surgery. Had to completely redo surgery. Later a rod broke in my back. Another complete surgery. I now have six rods in my back. Two on each side of the spine and one going into each hip. It’s been two years since last surgery and I have had great pain. I finally figured it out. I still want to lean forward putting tensions the hardware in my back. Ordered this simple, comfortable brace and along with strengthening exercises the pain is unbelievable ly relieved. This brace helps control my poor posture. I’m so grateful.

I wore it - the fit did not feel comfortable. I tried to tighten the support but it really didn’t feel like it helped keep me from slouching. I ordered a medium/ large which should have fit but the support just wan’t there.

This brace helps keep me aligned without too much irritation, it is actually quite comfortable ☺️ I recommend it!
