Not as mentioned. Not PT-141, it's herbal with zero effect and it's not nasal spray. Don't waste your money

Not PT-141, but some herbal mixture. Will not help with arousal not with the hardness. However, I noticed that with this, one can keep going on and on - infinitely - like a super delay mechanism. Only for that it works well around the prostrate, if you know what I mean. If you have premature ejection issues, worth giving it a try. It’s not for me though as I was looking for better arousal like PT 141 may be thought to function.
