It's also becoming one of the best stories in general, in any form of media, I've had the pleasure of starting to read. SO FAR, I SHOULD SAY BECAUSE I HAVE NOT FINISHED READING IT ALL. AND I DOUBT IT WILL HAPPEN AND THE STORY BECOMES SO BAD I END UP HATING IT, YOU NEVER KNOW, LOL. Again alot would have to happen for me to not like this series. The characters even as they change, I'm still interested and alot of newer characters, I wanna see where they go and their arc. So much to love here in this series from the writing to the artwork and definitely the colorful cast of characters. Can't wait to see what happens!!!! Review: great quality, amazing story - great quality binding, the scans look good to my eye. I love the artists notes at the end they are a joy to read. the size makes reading slightly cumbersome but not as much as the deluxe berserk sets. the size was distracting at first but quickly fades as you get absorbed into the story. I heard many people describe this arc in the story as boring or slow paced. I completely disagree. there are less fights and that is probably what people refer. but the story if anything gets better. the loss of a key character leaves a massive hole in the story as well as an emptiness for Thorfinn. this was not on accident, the sudden change in tone and pace is meant to mirror Thorfinn's inner struggle. while this arc is a slow burn the payoff is cathartic.

Definitely climbing the ranks of one of the better series I've read, SO FAR!!
As of now Vinland Saga is climbing not only up my list of favorite manga series out there. Simply.... Awesome
This manga is a masterpiece... Besides the history of viking era and endless wars between viking and englisch and all these norway-london Denmark regions... This manga has something to teach us all... Love the drama, the plot, the action and wht is left behind this story for us to reflect on...

Anime season 2 please!
I don't often read manga, but I could not resist this one after watching the anime and cannot stop reading it once I started. The intriguing historical details, abundant psychological descriptions, and the beautiful scenery of Northern Europe are combined with this epic story of a true warrior. I really look forward to season 2 and more animations of this great work!

manga that you can’t put down
it’s the only manga i will never be satisfied with just having one manga! i’m glad i bought two of them because i finished one in one sitting! the packaging was good too, eco friendly. thank you ❤️

Unfortunately my package arrived damaged. there is a dent at the top right and some scratches on the book.

Great Story
After the events that lead to thorfins enslavement, the story takes a very big change in pace an tone. Overall been loving the direction of things have been going and have purchased all 11 volumes now and just finished reading the 8th. Looking forward to what is to come. Great manga, one of the few that I have collected. Highly recommend it.

Goatland Saga
Literally One of the best manga for me. Give a great character study about Thorfinn and Farmland easily on of my favourite Animanga Arcs.. Quality of the book is up to mark, so issues regarding to it !! And hope so soon I'll make a large collection of VS Volumes. Truly a wonderful story by Makoto Yukimura
