Great piece of mind during install alone, and seems durable.
Definitely worth buying. Made installing the AC by myself so so so much easier. It was very simple installation and gave a nice piece of mind during install, knowing that I can step away from the unit and rest my arms/back periodically without the unit falling out of the window. Like others mentioned, the foot is more of a hard plastic, not rubber, so it did seem to slip a bit on my stucco. Once I had the AC mounted, I used a rubber mallet to lightly nudge the foot up for a more secure placement.** 9 Month Update, foot hasn't slipped at all. We had a crazy winter(for California) and the mount is as sturdy as it was from day one. AC is ready for another hot summer.

Nice metal
I liked the material's sturdiness but the window lock is not universally compatible with all windows.
