A great read and learning exercise!
I like the format of this book. There are questions and lots of follow up information to explain the choices selected. This book is an excellent resource for the woman that has been bullyied by those with low self-esteem. It makes you realize how depraved some people really are and why they do what they do. I recommend this book because every woman should see the reason why some woman are just not kind.

Recommending to my clients
It saddens me how many of my female clients have self-esteem issues that lead to being taken for granted in the workplace & in personal relationships; many are well-educated & have responsible jobs. This is one of the books I recommend.

A must have for all women!
So far this is by far one of the better work books I have seen for self esteem and actually is super good for any women to have and look at and work on! Thank you Megan MacCutcheon, LPC for a wonderful gift you have shared for all of us!

Amazing
Highly recommend this book. You can feel the love and compassion through every word shared. It’s filled with coping techniques and exercises we can put in practice everyday. It was truly helpful. 💜

Healthy Book!
Book gives examples of unhealthy patterns and provide solutions for how to make changes. It is encouraging, positive outlook on life. Very grateful for this book. Thank you!

This book is an eye-opener!
Practical self-esteem exercises that will help you to see areas were you have not confidence and will help you to gain self-esteem if you apply the principles and practices.

Book is geared toward cishet people
I just didn’t find this book helpful as many of the scenarios which were supposed to be somewhat relatable were problems for women who feel inferior to men, or women who are in hetero relationships. I wish it was more generalized for women in any situation. I also felt like anyone who has even done one session in therapy would already know what this book is presenting. And lastly the first part of the book is geared toward identifying how horrible you feel about yourself, which is understandable but if you are looking to buy a book on how to feel better, you really already know how you feel about yourself and I felt that too much of the book was spent on that topic so I was feeling horrible for too long lol. Maybe it’s just me, idk. I quit halfway through because I just wasn’t getting anything out of it.
