These are ideal for placing over a canvas to experiment with artistic changes. I love being able to move ideas for finishing touches around the canvas to check composition and ffocal points. I work in acrylic and these clean up easily with soap and water.

This glass palette for oil painting is exactly what I was looking for and is just the right size for my painting needs.

It's a nice piece of glass. For the price, though, it might be decent of them to throw some stick-on rubber feet in the package.

I like this palette a lot. It’s heavy so it sits on a table next to my easel. I think the real color is easy to determine with the gray background. Cleanup is much easier than other palette materials I have used and so far no scratches. I use odorless mineral spirits and a cotton rag and occasionally a palette knife for dried stubborn patches. I also purchased a plastic container with snap on lid to help keep paint from drying out between sessions and that system has worked very well.

Do you seem like they were originally designed to fit inside the wet pallet case but they were made too big so they couldn't be sold as officially the right size but the quality of the glass and the paint backing is excellent so you're getting basically a really nice pallet just a little bit too big to fit inside these handy stay wet pallet just stick some feet on the bottom and it's excellent

Does the job. Fits inside my mastersen sta-wet pallette box, so my oils don't stink up the house when I'm not actively using them. This is much easier to clean than a plastic palette. I have scratched the hell out of it already, but that's because I was too lazy to clean up my paints when I was supposed to and I got a little heavy handed with the scraper. No big deal - you can't see the scratches unless you're looking for them. I put 6 felt feet on the bottom of this to make it easier to lift out of my box. I will never NOT have a glass palette now!

This is float glass, not tempered. It is from the US so maybe they have different products than here in Australia.
