Great for protecting against blisters for running
I run daily and occasionally get blisters on my foot depending on the shoe I wear and whether or not I'm doing any type of speed work. I have used these to cover up the areas where I have historically received blisters to prevent reoccurring ones and so far, they have really helped. They're thin enough to wear socks over without feeling like it was an added entity on the foot and it doesn't really take away any space in my shoes either. It is noticeable at first but once walking/running with them, I usually forget that they're there and my foot was also well protected from sliding around and having blisters form. There are different shapes that are included in the box for different size blisters and protection so it's pretty versatile in terms of its usage. I am a heavy sweater and have not noticed it being a problem in my shoes. They adhere well to my skin as well as peel off easily.

Work well and hold up great!
I love these blister bandages! They adhere really well and stay on through the day-something I was worried about! They stick almost too well so I wouldn’t recommend using them on any fragile skin. They have a nice amount of padding to them to prevent further irritation to the blister they’re being applied to. Side note: I did try to utilize them as acne patches since they’re hydrocolloid but they didn’t work for that purpose.

Blister cushions
This is a very nice variety pack of blister cushions of all different sizes and shapes. They are very thin and comfortable to wear and adhere well to my skin. They have a nice amount of cushion and wearing socks and shoes with these on is no problem at all.

Good Protection With Caveats
The padding is solid and can withstand a long application. However, your skin tone may differ from the product color such that if you need to wear this with sock or stocking over it, it may be noticeable if you care about that. But if you have a long hike, for example, this would but a shield on a weird spot that you may have that always give you pain.

Impressive hold and comfort
I have taken several days to evaluate these Advanced Gel Blister Bandages and I have to say that they do the job and do it well. I have not had a problem with them holding and once on the skin they become almost invisible. The cushion they provide, while not as much as some thick felt bandages, is till quite adequate to eliminate my pain. That may just be because of the gel formulation, but it really is like nothing I have experienced before. I also really like the assortment of sizes and of course the quantity. I will say, you might want to keep them in the box they came in because that is the only place to find any instructions. I definitely can recommend these.

Go the distance
My wife picked this out her response. I have a few pair of shoes where I need more than a band aid, but not quite a cushion, this Blister bandage is the perfect in between. The bandages are flesh tone so they are easy to conceal in open dress shoes. The different sizes allows you to place one or more pads to the designated area on your foot/heel/ankle area (or shoe) to avoid rubbing or friction. I also used on inside the bottom of a shoes and it worked perfect. I am wearing 2 pads on my foot with and without the shoe, you don't even know they are there. Its like a second skin.

Great For Running
I used to use bandages or transpore tape for areas where I would get blisters from running. These gel blister bandages work so much better and way more effective since they're water resistant.I use the one for the outside of the foot most. I've switched to wide running shoes and the way I pronate still causes me to strike that area the most so it works great.I also use them on my forefoot for long downhill runs. There's not much you can do about that even with the right socks/footwear so these help a ton from the amount of force hitting the ground.
