I recently purchased the Fill Your Cup, and I have to say, I’m genuinely impressed! From the packaging to the quality, everything about it feels like a well-thought-out experience.

Really nice prompts if you need to unpack some things but I'd recommend writing answers in another journal. Not enough room a lot of times. Also, not a big deal but there are a lot of spelling errors 😅.

I love this journal. It asks a lot of hard questions that we should really ALL ask ourselves. You self reflect on your life and dig up some memories that might hurt, but writing about it helps heal you in the end. I recommend this if you're on a self-love journey.

Do not buy this journal, it does not fill your cup, ot literally asks about your trauma over and over again, i didn't fell uplifted at all, i felt depressed after completing it
