These rice paper wrappers work well and are easy to use. They soften evenly and hold fillings nicely. Good value for a multi pack.

Perfect for an easy filling breakfast! Place scrambled eggs down on a pan, add your toppings and place a singly rice paper sheet on top pressing it down with a spatula to help make sure it is moistened with the mixture underneath.. let it simmer for a minute and flip. I find it easy to fold over like an omelet. Very delicious, low cal, and satiating meal! Enjoy
