I have installed four different kinds of retrofit recessed downlights in my house, and these are my second favorite. The color, brightness, and build quality are all excellent. The included junctions are relatively thin metal, but not bad, and they include all the necessary hardware to install. I was especially pleased that the light housings are all-metal construction, which suggests they will be durable and long lasting. The primary purpose for these are either 1) to use for spotlighting specific areas of the room or wall using recessed lighting, and 2) to reduce glare on televisions or screens by angling the light away from the reflective surface. I used these for the latter inTwo things to note with these lights: First, the light has more of a spotlight effect than others, but they do put out a lot of very clear light to do the job. Secondly, most of my thin, flush-mounted clip on lights can fit anywhere there is 3/4 inch drywall for the ceiling, not these. You will need to avoid installing under significant portions of floor or ceiling joists because the top of the light housing is a half-sphere that protrudes up about 3 inches at the highest point. I was able to install where just a slight bit of joist was in the way, but not where more than half of the joist was over the hole.Besides these limitations, I am very happy with the outcome.

These are good quality. I love the fact that they rotate. They are super easy to install. They are very bright. I love them!

These 6-inch gimbal LED recessed lights offer excellent flexibility with 360° and 90° adjustability. The multiple color temperature options and dimmable feature make them a great choice for customizable lighting in any room.

Being able to choose color temp before install to create the right lighting for the right room, and then being able to adjust and direct the light where you want it is a nice experience. Fire rated, easy to install, and high quality lighting.

This is a great way to draw attention to a special space. Remodeling an office we lit up a wall with beautiful artwork in a waiting room. High quality and easy to install, a great value and addition to our remodel project.

I installed these myself and they look amazing. I put them on a dimmer switch and the range is great. I love the adjustability of them as well, I have never seen this feature before.
