Designed To Build Cardio Strength
Living in an area tha is 20 feet above sea level, i puchased this mask for my son to get him ready for running and fitness at higher altitudes and collage level boxing, plus i bought one for myself to work on my cardio and to get into better shape at the age of 56. This mask will do what it's designed for build card!

Exactly what we wanted
We got the first one and it was a little too small but the people were very helpful and responsive in getting the correct sized one. My son who uses it is 16. He's 6'5" and 200 lbs. Medium was not quite comfortable. The large works perfect. (if you WANT to struggle breathing while you exercise). I would definitely use these guys again.Kurt
