Very very effective
I struggle yo clean my baby's nose, but with this is so so much easier, and on top of that it actually helps to clean his nose, so he can breathe better while with flu. I highly recommend this product . I spray Humer in each part of the nose and then I use baby nasal aspirator, manual!!! The automatic one can not take everything out. 8s very important to cleans baby's nose because can lead to otitis, so this spray help me clean properly.
