How many ounces do the extra hold? You think they would place that info on the package!

I have no clue. I have been using the Tena Extra medium for several years for my wife and she has never had an accident. I change them regularly and I find them to be by far the best of all brands. Be sure that you get the EXTRA. That is the best one. I get 6 boxes of 64 regularly, get them delivered to me free and the pricing is better than anywhere else!
