no problems there are a variety of chemicals that will remove this sealer quickly and quite easily brake parts cleaner naphta acetone to name a few mechanics will tell you which I am that you usually only have to use the sealer on one side of the gasket which will hold it to the part so for instance EX>. a thermostat housing will have the gasket sealer on the housing side so that when you unbolt it the housing comes off with the gasket attached to it and the intake manifold is still clean, but there are some instances where both sides would need sealer like you made the mistake of putting radiator stop leak in and now every part of your cooling system is clogged and the water can't circulate making the pressure build up & up till something lets go usually this will be the gaskets>>EX. thermostat, intake manifold, water pump so that's a little tip for you and here's another one if you did put some sealer into the radiator it must be cleaned out and the use of (a)cascade dishwasher powder will help (b)white vinegar and salt will take out the sealer plus any calcium deposits and rust from the complete engine cooling passages====== if this has happened use the vinegar mix first then the cascade then fresh with the baking soda to neutralize the acid content then fresh water again to clean it out altogether followed by fresh antifreeze and distilled water never add house water to your radiator or battery the calcium builds up in radiators very quickly and the impurity's kill the battery acid plates with the same build up that's just a few tips for you as a bonus O.K.

80psi is pretty light pressure when it comes to engines and oil doesn’t get very hot unless there are extreme problems... almost any gasket sealer should work well. Most of these sealers are made strong enough to hold and seal the head gaskets which is many folds more pressure than any of the internal fluids.

is this good when replacing radiator hoses?

No, I only use this product for gaskets. When replacing radiator hoses make sure the mating surface of the hose is clean and not pitted. Next apply a very light coat of a heavy grease (Grease used in a grease gun or grease used for wheel bearings.) to the surface. Next wipe the grease off of the mating surface with a dry cloth or paper towel. This will leave a very thin almost non-existant film of grease on the surface. Slide the hose into position and clamp.

This 80062 spread on gasket sealer for cork should it be put on transmission pan and gasket like contact cement ? Should i both sides of gasket?

I always use it on one item to more or less glue cork gasket in place. I would put it on pan then place gasket. Then you can assemble without gasket moving.
