Im a chlorine snob, I hate-how this stuff is marketed and recommended . THIS IS NOT THE STUFF U WANT TO USE ALL THE TIME EVERY DAY. This is only good for when you want to increase ur cyaniric acid to the ideal level 40ppm. If ur there do not use this type chlorine, use sodium hypochlorite (liquid kind or bleach-diluted version of liquid chlorine) or calcium hypochlorite - the hard to find but correct type tablets- usually this is sold as “shock” in a granulated form. In the dead of summer in Texas I use 1-2 of these tablets every 2 weeks but 5 calcium hypochlorite tablets a week - for my size pool 13k gallons -that maintains perfect chlorine, chemistry and cyaniric acid levels with no algae. Also never mix these , I use a auto chlorinator for calcium hypochlorite tablets and I add 1-2 of these type in a floater- to put them together is hazardous they can react so apply them separately and store them separately, never put them in the same container. These are also individually wrapped which is nice for added safety to prevent undesirable reactions or contamination.

Good product at a reasonable price.

Bought these to use in an outdoor fountain. Worked great in keeping it clean and algae free all summer. Tablets last a long time dissolving very slowly and were all in perfect condition with no breakage.

Works really well to keep the algae down in my pond like no other product I’ve ever tried. As long as you don’t have fish. The price changes dramatically on this product sometimes even double the price of what it was the day before… Try to order it when it’s at a reasonable price.

So I purchased one of those inflatable hot tubs. I knew nothing about spas. I filled it went in with lotion and messed up the water on day two… lol I purchased this and I placed one tablet in and I swear the water looks clearer then it did when I first filled it. It doesn’t seem to irritate my skin or make it itchy after. I have dermamytosis so my skin is sensitive. This product is amazing. Just drop one in and let it do its thing.
