Following doctor's orders
These were recommended by my rheumatologist to strengthen and work on my tennis elbow. These were not the most expensive as my doctor said I didn't have to have name brand. It's a good thing. YouTube has videos to follow because these did not come with instructions. But they are good quality and easy to grip.

Good quality and durable
This bar is functional and durable, excellent for building forearm strength and helping aid in recovery from various tendon issues in the elbow area. I ordered the lightest resistance so it has a good stretchability while also providing adequate resistance. Great for anyone looking to work on these areas or for personal trainers/physical therapists.

Great help for my elbow bursitis
This Flex Tennis Elbow Therapy Bar is not only for tennis elbow, it's also helping me with my elbow bursitis. I've been to a physical therapist, and they have shown me exercises to do for my elbow which have helped. The exercises I perform with this are similar to the ones I was taught by a therapist, but the added resistance of the rubber bar helps to work my arms more effectively. It helps with my grip strength too.I new to using a therapy bar, so I went with the red one which is the10lbs of resistance. That seems to be enough resistance for me to start with, so maybe after getting used to the 10lb one I will move up to the next level. It's long enough as you can see in my pictures next to the scissors and small enough that you could bring it to work and keep in your desk if you wanted to do the exercises during the day.It did not come with any instructions, so I looked some up online and found various methods of use. I have suffered from elbow bursitis for many months and find that performing my exercises regularly significantly alleviates the pain. Using this bar has been immensely beneficial as well.
