Does this have Erythritol (a sugar alcohol) in it?

How long does it last once you mix it with water?

Not very long. I think it works best if you are using it in a smoothy. I have tried it for PB and J sandwiches and have been very disappointed with it. Good luck. Maybe you will be happier with this product than I have been.

How long does this last?

Its a powder. Has a good by date on each can so depends on when u buy. Mine good till December 2021 and bought in March 2020.
