Rooh Afza is one of the better known products of Hamdard.It is probably their only product thats advertised on prime time.The drink is recognized by its blood red colour.The chief ingredient of Rooh Afza is watermelon.When you consume the drink three things happen.One you seem to be transferred to a magical red world.Two, you are filled with sweetness of the heavens.Three there is a coolness that touches even your soul.The drink is to be consumed by adding to water.No extra sugar needs to be added.You may add ice or cold water to accentuate the cool feeling.If taken with warm water, a certain bitterness could be felt at times.Hence it is advisable to take Rooh Afzah with cold water.

Never buy this
People,please don't buy this. It tastes like some agarbathi or syrup. It doesn't tastes like rose . This is just red coloured sugar syrup with some kind of flavour only known to the manufacturer. The bottle quality is too bad and the lid is easily breakable. My kids love Rooh afza. But they didn't like this one. Better go for some good Indian brand. This is just waste of money. Even I couldn't drink a glass full of rose milk due to its strong flavour.
