I am using this book as a textbook for a Supervisor Development Course, and I am very pleased with the quality and the content level for an audience of front line supervisors. Well written, covers all the key topics for supervision, from supervisor role to goal planning and time management.

The book was arrived just as described. I revived the book one day before the estimated delivery date which was great. All in all I was very pleased with this item and the price was much cheaper than my university!

Book is ok, purchased it for a class and have not really delved into it yet.

Using it for a textbook in my graduate level class and it's full of great information that anyone who is in supervision or wanting to be can use.

Took his class in school as an elective, and learned so much from this book, I'll probably continue buying newer versions of it just because of the useful and updated information on it.
