Misleading labeling, it’s not 8k and not even good quality, out of the 4 I bought, only one worked. The connection length of the pins are so short that any touch can disconnect it. Very frustrating and not worth the hassle.

I recently purchased the Duttek Mini HDMI to Mini HDMI 180º adapter and that was a complete fail. This Mini to full HDMI fixes every issue I had with the other version! 1440p resolution, 130hz, no flicker, and no audio issues! It works perfectly and I'm very happy with this purchase. The fitment is a bit tight, but I won't be removing it anyways. 10/10, highly recommended for portable monitors!

The advertised 48Gbps corresponds to HDMI 2.1, which can support 4K resolution (3840x2160) at up to 120Hz or 8K resolution (7680x4320) at 60Hz, but this connector only allows me to get 30Hz at 3000x2000. For those wondering it might not be the fault of this converter: - I tested this monitor with another mini HDMI cable and it did support 60Hz, so it is not the monitor's fault, - I tested the full-sized HDMI cable this is supposed to be converting and it does work at 4K 60Hz with another monitor I have, so it is not the fault of the HDMI cable I use this converter with, - I know how to switch refresh rates (see the image).
