I can safely and securely with tension, bands, hold my rather heavy E bike with fat tires weigh about 100 pounds on the back of my F150 truck so it’s pretty good just takes a while to get the E bike on and then take it off and put it back in my to should I say about 25 to 30 minutes

I put my 100# electric bicycle on it one time and it bent right at the receiver . They claim it's good for 500# but it bent while going around a corner with a 100# bike on it
