Bacha Coffee | 1910 Fine Flavoured, Whole Beans, Medium Roast, 100% Arabica Specialty Coffee, 250g Signature Nomad Collection, Gift Box

We froze this initially because coffee prices in our area have exploded. But we took it out for a sweets party we were invited to a few weeks ago. The box is really nice. When you open it, there is a nice cover inside that fits tight over the beans so they stay fresh. I made a carafe of it as a pour over with some desserts. It has a noticable fruit flavor and good nose coming out of the ccontainer, but also when it is brewed which is nice. I couldn't tell by the brand page, but the sweet flavor makes me wonder if the beans are hand washed. Handwashing makes them taste sweeter and full bodied, but the consistency of the coffee is thinner, meaning you can see the edges of your cup unline those chewy, heavy morning roasts. We served it with a fruit and cheese platter, and a nice cream pastry from a local bakery. It was delicious and really nice with some little chocolate cannolis that are also a little floral. Really good, but a pricey treat.

These coffee beans have a rich, chocolatey scent right out of the bag. Once brewed, the aroma was fruity, and the flavor was smooth and delicious. There was no bitterness or harsh aftertaste, and it was gentle on my stomach. I also loved the box it came in! It is so elegant, well-designed, and perfect for keeping the beans fresh.
