Variety, sewing, ease of use, quality are very good. The size S in the pack are still too big for my fingers. But they can be squeezed together to fit most. I have small thin fingers and it’s no fault on their part. I would recommend these with a 5 star.

There is a lot for the $. I could only use the 2 small ones so will donate the others. The thimble and rings are useless to me. The adjustable ring thimble works great for those with fingernails.

So, first off: yes, I recommend this. Are the thimbles the best quality ever seen? Not really but, then again, that's not what you're buying here. This is a great starter kit and isn't trying to be anything else. So, first off you're probably buying this for the thimbles so everything else is pretty much an extra and they're pretty solid extras-- nothing fancy but they do the job far better than I expected. Now, the thimbles. In addition to the standard, there are three other kinds in different colors and pne comes in two different sizes which gives you a nice variety to try out in order to pick which type works best for you and hey, a couple of them even have an extra to possibly mangle so you can even try shaping them to fit better if you need it. That, more than anything else makes it beyond worth it for a new sewer. The seam rippers are sharp and there are two sizes of them and the tape measure is accurate. So, yeah, worth getting for anyone new to hand sewing.

I find these great for pushing needles through thick material, like leather when I’m doing hand sewing. Because they are easily resized the bands fit my upper finger and doesn’t hurt my arthritis nodules. They aren’t made of a sturdy metal but are bendable, but they work hard and last good amount of time for the price.

This is a great set of thimbles. I really like that it has varied sizes and types to protect my different sized digits. I use a tagging gun at work, and these really helped protect my finger!

I liked the four adjustable sheath thimbles that came in this kit. They aren't the highest quality, but they are strong enough to help push a needle through fabric and protect your fingers. The rings are pretty useless, as they are not adjustable and don't stay put on the part of the finger or thumb that has need of the protection offered by a thimble. The cap thimble is a joke. It is too short to offer much protection and too wide to stay on your finger. Because the kit was so inexpensive, it really isn't a big deal that only four of the 7 thimbles are useful. That said, if you are looking for a traditional cap thimble or a ring thimble, I would buy something else.

It was good to have options , I don’t know how long they will last bc they’re very inexpensively made . That being said they do meet the need .
