This very compact little seed starter with automatice watering and adjustable timer for lighting is awesome for starting plants from seeds to transplant later into the garden or larger pots. The actual soil planting area is about 5"x5" or 25 square inches. Not much but enough to start about 6 or 8 seedlings. I love that I can go away for a couple days and not have to worry about my seedlings as this unit takes care of the watering and the light. Please don't use the product's phots as a guide to its size, it is TINY! The picture of a ripe tomato plant is obviously photoshopped. There is no way this little planter can grow a plant that big in a 5"x5" area! But at a price point on par with a good quality flowerpot this little wonder is a GREAT seed starterd and is quite attractive on any counter or shelf!

I literally bought this for my cats to grow cat grass. I love it, they love it, definitely worth it! The size was perfect for cat grass, super easy to put together and the bottom watering is so nice. Although I do wish it held more water, it’s definitely helped me keep the cat grass alive!

Absolutely love this! I am considering purchasing another one. First attempt at growing tomatoes and mini cucumbers. This device is perfect for the beginner.

Product looks great and works as described. I think though it’s made me over confident in my green thumb abilities. Every time I start seeds in these I forget to keep the top layer of soil moist so I am struggling to keep my seedlings alive once they sprout. I think if I can get them past the seedling stage and they get a chance to develop their roots better the self watering system will work in their favor. Other than that the lights work great and the timers are accurate.

I love this so much! I don't have a green thumb AT ALL, but this allows me to just set it and forget it for the most part. I will definitely order more

Fits perfectly on my kitchen counter top for herbs. The built-in LED light is powerful and it's so convenient not having to worry about finding a sunny window spot. My cilantro started sprouting within days! It's compact, sleek, and low maintenance.

This little growing pot is fantastic. The size is perfect for herbs and smaller plants such as cress. As you can see in the photos I tried and succeeded in growing my first batch of cress. I chose this particular plants as it is fast growing and it was a fun activity setting it up with my middle child. This has really given my middle and youngest child a taste for gardening not only have they been able to set it up by themselves being six and four years of age every morning they rush over to see how much it has grown. they also very much enjoyed harvesting a little each morning And have requested that I buy one for each of them to put in their room. The light and its timer are perfect. I’m even considering buying three or four more of these as it is pleasing to the eye upon location. I would highly recommend getting this if you have a small space you want to fill I will attempt to grow bigger things and once they have reached a certain size will move into a bigger pot.

.. basilikum für die pizza 👍 am einfachsten: basilikumstöckl kaufen und mit zusätzlicher erde in den korb einsetzen. nun 0.7l wasser einfüllen und zwischen 6-8h (früh) den timer auf 12h und lichtstärke auf m stellen. basilikum explodiert (fast) 😉 .. 3tes foto, nach 10 tagen … .. dann nach etwa 6 wochen und 2xiger ernte pro woche 👍 achtung: beim wassertausch und dabei herausnehmen des korbes wurzeln nicht(!) abschneiden ‼️ wer möchte kann etwa 1ml/05l (nachfüllung) purgrün/hydroponik-dünger verwenden, gibts hier bei ama 👍
