DO NOT BUY....I purchased this item and have not been able to use the label maker. I have submitted several tickets to get assistance, I got the warranty and no one from the company responds to emails or chat. This product is terrible please don't waste your time!!!

I will never try to use one of these again. I will take a regular printer, please.
