I would not have bought this item if they declared that it contains lactose. Waste of money for me as I cannot take lactose.

No need to add sweetener BUT, if you do add sweetener, it will probably taste like a fresh creamy rich date!

wasnt expecting it to be in a pouch
I guess I was expecting a tea bag but this is a pouch with what looks like beige freeze dried product. it dissolves instantly in hot water, but I didn't care for the aftertaste...
