I am writing this review after 6 years of use of cup...it's as beautiful as first day I received unfortunately I was broken mistakenly.

Nice product and very prompt ddelivery.Here few things I must mention.1. I ordered on 2nd August and received product by 4th Aug.Morning i gave Pics and same day evening product was out for delivery.About product:At room tEMP it looks Mat Black colour but pICS is slightly visible.. it is considerable at its jUST print over Mug.. one have to be bit close to see that Image on Mug (at room tEMP).Once u pour hot liquid in Mug, it starts changing colour and best thing is once image visible, u will not find even single black spot which colour was on Mug at room tEMP.With me, my surrounding is also happy with productOnce star less jUST because editing needs improvement..Thank both.. amazon and the saller..

After all the gift review's will vary from person to person.For me it is a great peoduct. Print quality is good.The material used for mug is of great quality. It is slightly heavier than a usual cup i guess. I felt like it.It is wonderful pick for a gift rather than for personal use.Excellant one to surprise

First of all product is not upto the mark, image n text visible when mug is itself in cold state, and printing is also very very ordinary , it's kinda dull type.Second thing is delivery they delivered after 5 days of expected last date, so there is no point if u have plans n delivery got late. They sent it by DTDC courier whose service is below average everyone knows that.Overall I would not recommend this to anyone, don't think it worth the money n time

I ordered this product by seeing the review n ratings. When i received this order it was really awesome in terms of quality , pricing ,picture visibility and most important the delivery was very fast. They have many designs for the mug whether its for birthday occasion, valentines, festival occasion so it suits any occasion. When adding template there is a choice to select a design background. I have recommended my friends to buy from here.

Guys if you want to purchase magic cup then just close your eyes and place your order this dealer is super fast in terms of service.. i placed my order on 8th april and i received sms that my product will get delivered on 18th April. Then i visit the website and upload my 2 pics and one sweet msg and i selected the background also and confirm it, and the very next day in morning i received my order. It was so fast i uploaded the pics at evening and in morning i received my product and guys trust me quality of product is upto the mark. Best that i can get, pics were arranged so nicely.. my msg font was so beautiful made.. colors are also good... Work totally fine with cold and hot water.. 100% satisfied from this dealer excitinglives.

The print clarity needs to be improved. It could be printing machine issue or the size if photo which is limited to 3 mb.But the product it good, it's value for money. Use light colour pics or pics taken in bright light. Avoid dark pic. Also use close up pics or portraits.Delivery is very quick .
