Absolutely perfect. I have always felt like I am walking on blades in heels because my arches are so high l. These fix the problem completely. They don't slip. They are slightly visible when wearing openly but not enough to really pull the eye (i admittedly have very light skin, so that may play a factor in this, but even if they did show more blatently I feel it would be worth the comfort.) They do roll a little when putting on tights to cover them but it was easily twisted back into place with a finger. I have spent 30 years assuming I couldnt wear heels. And now I can!

I have low arches, plantar faciatis and metatarsalagia. I tried these as a removable option to help support my arch and forefoot. Usually i use the wool metatarsal pads that stick in your shoe. 1. These work ok and offer good support, but i notice more uncomfortable pressure compared to the wool pads after extended use. 2. They run a bit large. I have narrow feet and they slip around and dont stay in place. 3. They are nice for short periods and are comfy at first. They would be my second choice if they werent so large on my feet, but im stickimg to the wool pads. They are a great value though.

These are absolutely ridiculous. They do not stay in place. They slip up from the bottom of your foot to your ankle no matter what shoes you wear. Definitely not worth the money.

This are great for flip flops or sandals because you can wear them on your bare foot and they don't move. You can wear them over socks in your shoes too, and if you're a man with size 12 shoe they cut you too because they are made of a very elastic silicon that not tight even in big feet. Extremely comfy. I have flat feet and three badly broken but healed toes. I got in the habit of curling my broken toes under when i walk which was really becoming painful. With these on, my toes are inline and my arches are softly and gently supported and i can't even feel them. 5 Star 100% over the moon. I've tried so many arch support supports that it's ridiculous. These are a blessing. If you walk barefoot around your house, you can just wear them on bear feet and they stay put and... You forget you're wearing them.

Arch cushion is a little flat for high arch support, and probably not ideal for every-day use if you've got *really high* arches. I don't see anything on the box specifying cushion size or options. The clear sleeve is nice to have as an option for sandals or open shoes, though, and I think you easily stick an additional insert into the sleeve itself or onto your shoes.

I love, love, love these! They are perfect for my faux fur mules! Those are one of my favorite shoes but my arches started to hurt whenever I wore them even though I get cortisone injections for my plantar fasciitis. Now when wearing these in my mules, I have no pain. These are perfect! You can’t see them and the arch is a perfect fit. They have not slipped or rolled up. The thickness is perfect. Buy them!

Does help with arch support, but stretches over time.
