Garlic is garlic, but this brand had a decent garlic taste unlike some other brands. Garlic was not soggy either.

I have bought this so many times, what a steal. The price for the size is something I have t been able to get at any grocery store. Great quality, never any issues

The garlic is great I use it on everything but the cover is really hard to get off once you put it on.

If you have not used this particular brand of chopped fresh garlic, you are missing something awesome. I recently bought another brand at a local grocery store, it was sour and pungent. However I threw it out and I bought this brand again and will not buy another for chopped fresh refrigerator garlic. It was the difference of night and Day from sour no aromatic to beautifully sweet and aromatic the polaner. Would appreciate a lesser price but the taste is just amazing. I cook with it in almost everything. Thank you for this product. Keep up the good work.

This minced ginger is easy to have on hand. I keep it refrigerated and add to my recipes and drinks. Lately I’m adding it to my true peach lemonade. It lasts forever.

Meh. I had expected a more pungent garlic smell and flavor. I put nearly a tablespoon in 2 cups of broth and could barely discern it was there. I directly ate some from the jar and it was sweet as if there were sugar in it. Also, it was weak. There was no lingering garlic flavor after a minute or less. The sweetness altered the savory profile I prefer. I can see how some people rave about it because it provides a gentle hint of garlic. This is for the mild, delicate palate folks including granny who fall to the ground if there are a few grains of pepper in their food. Truly this is really mild - insipid. I like to cook Mexican and Italian food where the garlic has to slap you twice otherwise it's blah. This is blah. Not even a slap with a wet noodle. I wouldn't smear this on bread to make garlic bread. No way. This may linger in the back of my fridge until it turns to stone.
