Great taste
I've ordered these before and will keep ordering. Bags arrived in great shape. The only thing is you have to get out your calculator if you have a smaller home ice cream machine. But once you've made a couple of batches you'll know what mixture taste the best.

For commercial units people……..
Read reviews about people putting this in residential ice cream makers. This is made for commercial soft serve units. Hence the poor results from a cuisine type unit. Ignore those and shipping issues, this mix is legit and is lactose free unlike the other review that states it’s not with zero evidence to back their claim.

Surprised at the Dairy Queen taste
Was not sure at first. But tastes a lot like Dairy Queen soft serve. I do add International coffee vanilla creamer and 1 gallon whole milk with 1 gallon water instead of just 2 gallons of water. No problems with my machine. Cool to 5-5.5 on frozen temp. Comes out great.

Good tasting soft serve mix
I got this mix to use in my home soft serve freezer. The package is marked "for use in commercial freezers" so any performance issues could be settled with that statement. Now for my experience with it in my home freezer (a Cuisinart ICE-45 unit sold by many vendors here). First, the mix ratio works out to be a 2 cups water (but other reviewers said milk works, so that is what I used - whole milk) to 1 cup mix. My first batch did fine. I sampled it at a couple of times into the freeze cycle to determine the best soft serve point. That point is short - too early and it is like a milk shake, a few minutes later it is too hard to dispense. The ice cream made with this mix is delicious if you like vanilla. (I do ) I plan to use 25% less mix on my next try to see if I can extend the serve time a little bit. I am sure this mix is awesome in a commercial freezer with a more powerful motor and regulated freezing temperatures. All in all, I like the vanilla mix and will also try out the chocolate, keeping the mix adjustment in mind.

Cheap Frosty treat then I would definitely get this brand of soft serve... but it tastes artificial
The ice cream itself has met our expectations. However maybe it's because I'm older and have a more refined palate, but it just tastes very artificial to me. But yet it tastes exactly like you would get from any ice cream stand ever that serve dairy free soft serve. It tastes just like the chocolate and vanilla twist I remember I had when I was a kid,but I miss the dairy.

Perfect for Ninja creamy
This is perfect for Ninja creamy 124 grams of mix to 324grams of water! After frozen for 24 hours run hot water over the container to avoid the outside being crystallized. Absolutely fantastic! Chocolate is very similar to a frosty.

Works in my ice cream maker
This wasn't bad at all for a lactose free product in which I don't need, but I couldn't find something that wasn't lactose free so I tried it out for the first time and it was pretty good. Only complaint is even though this was packaged well... once I opened the packaging to get to the big bags of powder the vanilla one had a small rip in the seam and some of the powder leaked out.

Was cut open so all over when opened box!
This was cut open it seems maybe by packing knife or something was going to use for holiday weekend and unfortunately it was everywhere opened and I've discovered it can't be returned or replaced! Very FRUSTRATING! When realized and again now because it can't be returned or at least replace with one that's not cut open! Oh and those sprinkles that it comes with is tiny! Lol
