Very good pill box but I received wrong size. They say XL here and sent regular mbarc. Not the product's fault. Had to return sadly.

Such a great pill case! No more plastic covers breaking off the pill organizer! The compartments are roomy enough to hold all my supplements.

The silicone insert is a nice touch. Its prevented pills from being crushed as it allows a little play. The only issue is the odd cut out in it. You have to be careful to not expose two compartments when getting pills out. It's not a deal breaker and overall I am happy with it. The seal is good and it hasn't opened on its own. I do put it in my backpack with the end that pulls out in the up position just to be safe.

I purchased 4 other pill boxes before I found this mbarc XL. It holds all of the pills I use and still has room for a few more. It slides open, the notch on the end does not cause any problems, just make sure the divider is only open to "todays" pills. Simple to use. Now, if it could remember for me to bring it home from the office on Friday afternoon it would be perfect.

This is an ideal pill organizer. Works well and sturdy. Sleek and light weight. Way better than those old fashion plastic versions with the flip tops. Also this truly is an XL pill organizer. It actually holds a large amount of pills. A++ Highly recommend!

Because this slides open (vs separate compartments each with their own opening), there’s no control over which day you start on and if you miss a day, you can’t get pills out for new day without also dumping out missed day. It’s sleek and sturdy, but honestly the cheap compartment-style versions they sell at the pharmacy are more user friendly.
