Likes - Easy to set up, great using for hard to see places, great to inspect vehicles with, has adjustable led lighting built in, workable video quality.Dislikes - Not rigid enough to snake pipes for full length of cable.Over all this is a great product for the do it yourself type of person and some professionals. Will be showing this off to some people that would benefit from it.

First of all the software is crap and it comes on a cd which my laptop does not have a drive for. It took me way to long to get it to work with many emails between myself and support.

while all I had to do was plug this into my laptop and it worked without loading software.. It was a little flimsy for the application I was using it for..

The product was an easy plug-and-play device. When I first received it I tested it for a minute and it worked fine with a decent video image. The second time I used it for maybe 3 minutes for a short project and it worked as expected.The third time I used it for about 5 minutes before the image froze. When I checked my laptop it no longer detected it as a USB device. I tried testing it on multiple USB ports, different PCs (Windows and Linux), and restarted my PCs. The device is no longer recognized as a USB device and doesn't show up when I plug it in.Unfortunately the product is beyond the Amazon return date. The company supposedly offers a 6 month warranty on its manual. However, when you go to the company website they tell you to email "[email protected]" for warranty service. I emailed them and they are sending me another product.Will update when product arrives.

This thing was *really* useful for doing an electrical wiring pull from the attic down into an existing switch box. I didn't want to do any drywall work so I left the switch box in place, but how to run a wire from the attic into the back of it??I drilled a hole in the top of the wall and dangled a magnet on a string a few feet into the hole. I put the hook attachment onto the camera and fed it up through the way via the switch box. The camera's cable is stiff enough to let you steer it around, and in a minute I had snagged the magnet and was able to pull the string down through the box.

This item is useless. The picture quality is so poor only fuzzy odd colored items are visible on the screen. Do not buy for looking in pipes.

You have to search a little on the CD for the setup program, but once run, it worked perfectly. I used it to find a plumbing issue and saved the cost of a service call.

Easy to setup and use. Would like to have it come with a carrying case for storage. I keep it in the box that it was packaged in.
