I have more than one Bullsone seat products. I have Pelvic Seat, Orthopedic Back Lumbar Support and Portable Seat.I had pain in my right buttock and in my groin area. The pain would travel down to the calf. It was a pinched sciatic nerve causing some inflammation. The combination of Bullsone Pelvic Seat and Back Lumbar Support did the trick and relieved my pain. Hence, I purchased the Portable Seat for travel. I prefer these gel filled seat than the memory foam ones which I also own. The gel seats seems to give me more support than the foam only seat products.Today I dropped by a Korean Shop that carries this BalanceOn Seat and tried them out again. I noticed the Bullsone Enhanced Orthopedic Back Pain Relief Seat - Size L was even cheaper than Amazon. There was only 2 of the size L left. That Shop must be clearing out all the remaining stock. This largest size seat does feel more cushy than the Portable seat. I bought one just in case I need one down the road. Don’t tell me, I am a hoarder, I know.Took it home and compared that with the portable seat. I took some more pictures. The large seat is indeed more comfortable. However, I purchased these seats for pain relief more than comfort. With that being said, more comfort is welcomed.Initially, I thought the thickness of the seats were the same. This is not the case, the large square one does have a thicker gel cushion. While the edges look the same because the gel cushion tapers down towards the edges. The thickness of the seat increases further away from the edges. Viewing it both on the floor tells the difference.This is not to say that the portable seat is not a good buy. The portable seat is so much smaller and enable me to take along with me for travel. However, the Large Bullsone Enhanced Orthopedic Back Pain Relief Seat is indeed more comfortable.I highly recommend Bullsone Seat Products, the price here in Amazon is good. Once in a while you might find a cheaper price in another store but Amazon has the best price in general. In fact, I purchased another Bullsone Enhanced Orthopedic Back Pain Relief Cushion Lumbar Seat (Support) in Amazon. While I have not tried other brands of similar seat cushions. I have tried most of these Bullsone Seat Products. I did reviews on these individual products here in Amazon and I do not want to repeat too much. If you are interested in these products go take a look at these reviews. If you have problem sitting, I do suggest that you hurry and purchase these seat products as it seems that they are running out of stock.Update Feb 14, '22 :-After my review was posted, I noticed that this Bullsone Seat dropped in price here at Amazon. I could have bought mine here and save me the drive to the Store. LOL!

I have to use a big and tall office chair and it has the ever-stupid waterfall slope seat (whoever thought of this as a good idea on big chairs apparently never had to use one, Lol) so I find that my legs drooping forward hurt like heck after sitting all day. As a result, I use these honeycomb cushions to raise my legs at the bend of my knee so they are more like a 90-degree angle instead of slanting.It's really hard to find a good gel seat that actually fits the seat, so this is a nice surprise. It states that it's a size Large and it does nearly almost cover my extra-large seat with only a couple of inches gap around the edges. It is very soft and sturdy at the same time. I can instantly feel the cooling effect when I sit down. Even if I've been sitting a while, when I get up and come back, I noticeably felt the cooling sensation when I sit down. The seat is not very thick so it's not super bulky, but does provide a cushion.This has a removable skid-proof cover, that did a good job sticking to my leather seat and not sliding around. I could see that this may even work well on a fabric seat because it has the entire bottom covered with the "sticky gel" like pads that make it skid-proof. It's not just the corners or strips like some others.There is only one negative thing I would have to say about this, and it's that there is a fairly large stiff and rigid label that is embedded in the fabric in the top right corner and it can be felt very prominently when I sit down in thin slacks. It was itchy and painful but I covered the seat temporarily with a pillow case (just laid it over top, because it still needs to be sticky on the bottom). I can't seem to figure out how to get it off yet, but I will have to eventually.Overall great item, definitely recommend for large seats.

Sometimes you just find a product that is substantially superior to the competition. If you think this is expensive for a plain looking square pad unlike the many other better looking alternatives that cost much less, think again and again some more. I have an expensive gel pad I bought for my lift chair which I sit in for hours doing reviews, playing video games and watching TV. I got that one cause my butt gets sore sitting for a long time with the chairs padding. Unfortunately, I have to switch it out every hour or so, because it starts to be painful to sit on it. I go back to the chairs padding, then switch back and fourth. Honestly if not for the Vine I would never have bought this one on my own, even though I've purchased several pads on Amazon over the past few years, for computer chairs and car seats etcetera. This innocent looking square pad is the most comfortable for support than any pad I've ever tried. Like my bed mattress, that took me years to find one that gave support, and did not hurt my back, this seems to give support, but not feel bad in long term use. I sat on this for over six hours today, and am still sitting with no complaint at all. You could almost call that a downside for maybe not wanting to leave the chair, but I'll still take it. If there is a downside, this is hand wash only, and I would prefer the cover be machine washable, but thats a small price to pay for something this good. My highest recommend for this pad.

I have sciatica pain and hip bursitis, I have tried many cushions and needed one for my car while driving. This was perfect! It is thin but offers a surprising amount of support! It fit my driver seat perfectly and does not shift at all! Life changing, I no longer experience pain while driving! If I am traveling in my husband's car, I take my cushion with me! My butt, back and hips are so happy I ordered this!
