Cat Tree King - Cat mansion for large cats - Beige

Best investment ever!! It's 100% worth the money.. My 22lbs Maine Coon can fit easily in every box. His tiny rescue brother hides in the bowl and you have to stand on your tippy toes to look in to see him (I'm 5'8") I'm so impressed about how well made this is and easy to assemble. Took me about 90 minutes (due to many interruptions from the cats) and my husband came home after I finished it of course. I will be replacing our other cat tree eventually with another one of these.

I love my trees from Cat Tree King.This is the second cat tree that I have purchased from this company. I have a pair of Maine Coon kittens and wanted to provide them with a place to play and sleep that would be heavy enough to not move when they launch themselves around it and provide large enough spaces for them to comfortably stretch out when they are fully grown. These trees offer that in spades.The provided instructions and tools made this tree easy to assemble. I did enlist aid to attach the upper bed as I was short enough to make lining up the bolt difficult. Otherwise, everything came together without confusion. The tree is well constructed and it is clear that thought was put into making the parts last. All the posts had the sisal rope glued down their whole length to provide greater durability, as is the plush to the board beneath. All visible surfaces are covered in the plush (or felt on the walls and ceiling of the box). The only bare wood I noticed is on the bottom of the base plate, but that is lifted up from the floor by the rim of plush making the tree easy to slide on a hardware floor to clean around. They also state on their website that you can reorder any part of a tree. This enables you to replace any worn part to continue enjoying the tree for years to come.This company has been building and selling cat trees in Europe for a while now. It has only recently come to the United States. As of the time of this review, they are offering deep discounts on all of their trees and their product line is constantly changing as certain trees sell out or new ones become available. One word of warning, when I purchased my trees their prices were the same on Amazon and on the company's website. Now I'm noticing that Amazon is becoming slightly more expensive than ordering direct and it is worth checking both to ensure you are getting the best price available.

Claims to be covered with plush materials, but what it doesn’t indicate is that the material is very cheap and thin. I believe that it won’t take too long for my cats to tear it. Also claims that the plush material is glued at all surfaces to prevent material from being pulled away, but that isn’t true as he biggest box was only glued in a few places. Also, watch what you do when you assemble it because there are no directions, only an exploded diagram and the parts aren’t labeled and so you have to see what their lengths are to know which goes where. Although it is supposed to be for large cats, the top large platform is held in place using a single bolt and so am believing that it will need to be regularly retightened after my Maine Coon jumps onto it. All in all I’m a bit disappointed and not sure that this was worth the money and suppose only time will tell.

This is such a lovely cat tower. It's quite sturdy and really heavy which also helps to hold the tower down as the cats walk on it. I think that it's a good size for most cats - the bedding areas fit large cats, but the holes for the entrance and exit of the middle ramp could make thick adult cats squeeze through to reach the top areas. My adult male cat isn't fat, he's just muscular and maybe a bit longer than some cats. My kitten has to really maneuver to walk through that area too...but since her father is my adult male cat... My cats are probably just taller, thicker, and maybe longer by nature.I also have to say that the company is quite lovely. They are more than fair... When the foundation of the mansion was damaged during delivery due to UPS incompentance (the mansion was too heavy for the lady that brought the package... She had another lady that was out of uniform to help her to carry it inside... I don't know if the other person even worked for UPS). By the time I got the package, the foundation area had been smashed in on one of the corners. Footprints all over the box as if they'd kicked it. Ridiculous. Anyhow, the Cat King people replaced the foundation area free of charge. They lost money in that transaction because not only did they replace the smashed foundation, but the shipping cost to send out another heavy foundation probably wasn't cheap. So at this point, I compelety recommend these folks.

I was a bit nervous I had gone over board as I was piecing this cat tree together due to that not one of my 7 cats even attempted to interrupt me by climbing on it or scratching it. When I completed assembly and stepped back almost everyone ran over to it and went absolutely crazy! I 100% recommend this tree I can already tell it's going to last a very long time and I definitely plan on investing in another. Cats do not stay kittens long enough to waste your money on any of the smaller cheap trees.

Oh my goodness, I cannot say enough good things about this cat tree! It's exactly what I was hoping for and my cats are IN LOVE! It's a very light beige. More of a cream color to be honest. And it is H U G E! I had to save up for this and by the time I did, they were out of them and didn't know if they would get more. But thankfully they did and I jumped on it! It's pricey. I'm not gonna lie... very. But seeing my cats that happy, I have no regrets! Says it was made in China. I thought the company made them themselves, but apparently not. Still, as I said, I have no regrets. It shipped fairly quickly, and was packaged very well. It assembled easily and took me less than 30 minutes to assemble. It is truly exactly as pictured. If you're hesitating, don't! It's truly the nicest cat tree I've owned.
