Push your pace daily. Review: Dull update from speed 2 - Not a good update from the speed 2. I skipped the speed 3s. These are not as bouncy or responsive like the speed 2s. I’ve donated this pair already and have gone with the adidas Boston 13. Not the same but supportive and bouncy enough. Review: Beautiful shoe, but the midsole is disappointing. - This is a beautiful shoe. The upper is fantastic. The shoe breathes well and the lockdown is great. The outsole is grippy and durable but the most important part, the midsole, is very disappointing. Having run in the original endorphin pro and the speed 2, as well as my favorite shoe, the pro 3, this comes up short. The midsole seems dead to me. There just isn’t a lot of life. I suspect it has more to do with a less aggressive rocker than the mid soul but either way the shoe just was not fun to run in for me.

Beautiful shoe, but the midsole is disappointing.

Step Down from previous version
I've had three of the Speed 3's and loved them. These 4's are just bad. There's no support and aren't as wide as previous versions. They really hurt to run in.
