Will this lessen the stains on my capped teeth without harming them?

Don’t think so. Only works on natural teeth. I have one in the back that hasn’t been fazed by the same brand of bleach. The toothpaste is much less strength. But if you’re young the toothpaste will help. Only the in dental office bleaching is closer to what you really want.

Yes! Have been using it daily for years! Also good for sensitive teeth/gums!

Can I use this with braces ?

Not a good idea! If you use this while in Braces; when they are removed you’ll have little white dots where the brackets were. I’m a Dental Hygienist so…..
