Essential for a gin gimlet...
Fantastic in an East India Gimlet - 40 ml gin, 40 ml Roses Lime Cordial, a good few dashes of Celery Bitters, put in a shaker with ice, shake for 30 secs pour into small cocktail glass with slice of lime! Magnificent!!!

You know what you're getting with the Fee Brothers....
The only other celery bitters I've tried were by Bitter Truth. These Fee Brothers were marginally less bitter but did actually taste like celery by contrast. Though not always the bitterest, Fee Brothers at least always taste exactly as described. I buy more bottles of their brand than any other by far.

East India Gimlet
A must have addition for an East India Gimlet, the flavour is very strong so only a couple of dashes are needed which means the bottle lasts for ages. Recipe: 50ml gin 35ml Roses Lime Cordial 25ml fresh lime juice 2-3 dashes celery bitters Shake with ice and serve in martini glass.
