I have purchased for removing hard water marks. But hard water marks are not going. No use!!

And the product was black in advertisement but got red which is fake product
Worst! The product was broken and the liquid was leaked so it had half liquid in it and sprayed on car side mirror the drops of the spray damages car paint truly don't go for it
