Good kit but a bit confusing.
I needed two bannisters for a three story house. Initially I had put two single banisters in my basket but then I saw that the company sells them in twos and threes. I ordered two as it was cheaper. When they arrived there were only two end caps so now I have one bannister with end caps and one without. There is no option online to buy two more end caps. Messaged the company and the reply was even more confusing. Why couldn't the company just sell them as extras to simplify everything? All I want are the matching end caps to match the ones I just bought. I still have no idea how to buy them.

Exc quality, everything you need to do the job!
Arrived in just 2 days! I waxed with Briwax "antique pine stain" - took 5 minutes. Let dry for a day, then polished. Very easy to put up - kit came with everything you need, all screws, fittings, even glue. Took about 1/2 hour in total for install. Looks lovely, very sturdy, am sure it will last. Highly recommend. (Just know the oak is unfinished - and wax far better than varnish!)

Hand rail
This looks lovely but is very fiddly to assemble the ends.Putting the glue on to stick the ends on runs and stains the wood.Overall though it looks good

I liked the quality of the wooden hand rails, and the steel brackets which are of the highest quality products.

This product is ok but for the price it should have been better 1) The installation instructions are pretty terrible 2) I wonder if the maker has ever actually installed one of them 3) They supply skrews but no raw plugs ( no-one is going to fix this to the wall with out raw plugs) for this price these should have been supplied 4) Once the banister is was up we applied the ends using the glue provided. As the banister was up when these were applied the glue at the top end all runs out and the glue at the bottom end all collected in the bottom end. We gave up with this glue and used super glue 5) As this banister is raw wood it also required some polish or varnish. They will look ok when finished but they do require a lot of effort and extra bits such as raw pugs and super glu
