In addition to seeing an increase in energy, I have also seen a change in my endurance when I am working out. My typical workout routine consists of three to four sessions each week, but, in the past, I had to sometimes shorten my workouts because I would get exhausted too quickly. My son away in college has nothing but great things to say about this. As a double major student he needed something to keep him focused, alert, energized and he said only after a few days he felt so much better .he only started with one pill a day just to see how he felt. The recommend dose is 2. But he said he felt great with one. He took them at night when he get in from work so he have a better time waking up in the mornings for classes. So far no issues, will be ordering more!!
