Very good physical therapy tools helps to work out the dextrous muscles in the thumb

Connective tissue disorder friendly. Great for strengthening.
These are great for strengthening fingers. Especially in people with a connective tissue disorder. It really challenges you to use your fingers correctly while strengthening them. They are very durable and do not seem cheaply made. There are different levels of force in each one for strengthening. I would reccomend using this in combination with other tools for hand strengthening of course as using one tool on its own will only get you so far. Value for money is pretty good as well.

Best finger exercises on the market !
These finger exercises are just terrific ! I have a movement disorder that affects my hands and fingers and these have helped my fingers and hands better than anything else I’ve tried ‘ And they’re very easy to take with you and fit right into your pocket. They’re very well made and easy to use. I’ll be buying more to be sure if I misplace one ( which I’m sure I will ) I’ll have others to back me up ! Thank you !

What a pleasant surprise..
i wasn't sure what to expect from these, but I think you'll be surprised at how effective they are.. Unlike most grip strength things, this works each finger in a way that makes it much more effective. So don't let the low poundage rating deter you.. the wooden game is also an amusing yet challenging way to strengthen your fingers and improve your coordination..

You can use stuff around your house
The wood items was to big. I bought colored plastic noodles from hobby lobby and that worked better.

Perfect for hand or finger strengthening
These were absolutely perfect for my mom who had just had a stroke, a week prior and could not even move her fingers. They were very sturdy and easy to use and it helped her build confidence from going from one to the other and moving on up as she got her strength back. The price was amazing and well worth the money perfect size for any age to use.
