I love this Macadamia Nut Protein Bar!! Perfect!

In case you don't pay attention to package sizes these things are rather small for the price. That's my only complaint. They taste fine and are quite filling for their small size. As a person with kidney stones I appreciate that they are low oxylate.

I developed a HISTAMINE INTOLERANCE earlier this year. We have yet to diagnose the cause. I went through 3 different doctors and am now seeing a functional doctor who is (finally) running tests to get to the root cause. In this health journey, I learned that I can safely eat macadamia butter and started making it from scratch. When I came across Blueprints macadamia butter, I was very impressed to note that it only contains macadamias. Then, after reading the labels of a few of his other items, I decided to try this bar. OMG. YAY! Finally, a packaged handheld snack I can eat that I did not have to fix myself. I love the flavors, the texture, and everything about it. A bonus is that it is glucose-friendly, so it does not spike my blood sugar. WINNING! Why did you pick this product vs others?: Safe Ingredients Quality: Excellent

It is tasty, but it doesn’t make me fall. I realize after a couple hours my blood sugar goes low and I get really hungry. The price is good, but I won’t get that again.

I’ve really tried to like these at $2.50 a bar but these taste hard to eat. They’ve been helping me fast though. I love macadamia nuts. I wish I would’ve bought macadamia nuts instead of these bars. The concept is great, but the delivery could use some work. I think just eating real food is better than this stuff. I’m not sure the macro to price ratio is worth it unless you’re traveling or can’t buy fresh food. The consistency is pretty similar to soy based processed food.

Great product...enjoying them immensely! I refrigerate them and they are crunchy and tasty. I can't find a cleaner bar at any of the grocery stores and very few if any are cleaner at WFM, Mothers's, Sprouts, Jimbo's, Lassen's, Erewhon, etc.. Repeat ordering for sure!

I’m giving these 3 stars when ordered through Amazon, but they’re easily 5 stars when ordered directly from Blueprint.com. I’ve ordered six or seven boxes total between Amazon and Blueprint, and the difference in texture is night and day. The Amazon versions are noticeably harder, almost stale, while the Blueprint ones are much softer and clearly fresher. My guess is they sit in the Amazon warehouse longer. That said, I still order from Amazon sometimes when I forget to restock and don’t want to wait. Taste-wise, I really like them. They’re a very healthy alternative, and as someone who travels a lot, they’re perfect to throw in a bag instead of relying on airplane snacks. My wife doesn’t care for them, but my kids and I really enjoy them. I’ve tried the variety pack and only liked the vanilla flavor, the others didn’t do it for me at all. Great product overall, but if you want the best experience, I highly recommend ordering directly from Blueprint instead of Amazon.
