Sehr schön, aber leider ist schön nicht alles! Er sitzt sehr gut, dafür gibt es drei Sterne. Ansonsten finde ich den Rucksack recht schlecht von der Einteilung, zu wenig Taschen und dieses Bändergebamsel ist nicht meins. Ausserdem ein Hüftgurt, den ich zusätzlich kaufen muss. Was soll das? Peak Design kann sowas eigentlich besser. Schade!

As expected from Peak Design. Well designed and quality construction. Shoulder pads are nice and supple. Ordered the smedium camera cube to use with the pack.

I’ve been putting the 25L Outdoor Backpack through its paces, and it’s quickly become my go to for day hikes and outdoor photography. The versatility is great. I’ve used it with and without Peak Design’s camera cubes, and I love that the photo specific features are subtle and seamlessly integrated. No unnecessary extra pockets or flair like I’ve had with F stop and Shimoda bags. Storage is dialed. The front pocket is perfect for tossing in wet, sandy, or sweaty gear without contaminating the rest of my stuff. The top cinch is slick. I’ve even used it to strap extra layers externally on the move. Side access makes grabbing my smaller essentials on the go easy. Comfort wise, it’s solid for long days on the trail. The back panel breathes well, and the harness system makes it feel lighter than it should. The phone carry on the shoulder strap is one of those small but awesome features. So nice not having to fish it out of my pocket constantly. Like all Peak Design gear, the materials and build quality are top notch. It’s light but tough, and I don’t worry about beating it up. If you need an outdoor backpack that just works for photo or general outdoor use, this is it.

SO GREAT!! We live on a sailboat and I use this daily for errands, work, hiking, beach days, whatever. So much storage, so many tiny awesome features to make life better. Excellent quality, as always, and worth every penny. Love it, no notes.

The primary reason I ordered this Peak bag was for carrying my camera equipment while hiking. It is a large bag with lots of compartments to use. It definitely is made with quality material. There are so many features that I definitely will be learning to utilize the more I travel with the bag. The main features I liked: 1. The material is water resistant but the front and bottom panels contain waterproof coating. 2. The back of the bag is well padded therefore it protects the back as well as the inside equipment. 3. The laptop compartment can also be used to store a 3 liter hydration bag. The design of the bag makes it easy to route the hydration hose. Note: the hydration bag is not included. 4. The shoulder straps are well padded and includes: two adjustable sternum straps, large strap pockets and cord rail. 5. Two large side pockets that can hold a 32 oz bottles. 6. Two accessible methods to retrieve the items in the bag: unzipping along the perimeter of the bag or via the roll-top enclosure. 7. The cords and hardware are top notch good quality material. Experience using the bag. 1. I found connecting the sternum straps to the cord rail was a little tough. The cord was very stiff and most likely will loosen with multiple use. Overall, the dual sternums provided a secure hold. 2. My iPad fit securely in the laptop compartment. 3. It was difficult to reach my water bottle when walking because the side compartments are long in length and the material is tight. 4. I was able to fit all my camera cube without any issue. There is enough space to pack more cubes securely. 5. In addition to the main storage area, there are two additional pockets for storage. 6. Most important for me, it felt comfortable. This bag is made of quality material. It definitely is designed for camera use. It has enough packable space at 26 L in volume and then some. There are other items I can purchase separately such as a hip belt to use with the backpack. Overall, a good quality backpack made with good quality material. The price is high but the comfort and design is well worth the price for a frequent traveler who loves photography.
