I've used a few different products similar to this and have found TRIP and only one other brand works. I did find it helped settle and calm me. This product dissolved really well and tastes good even when you get down the last bit of the drink.

Lovely tasting item did help me sleep the first few nights not so much after that hence the 4 stars but this could be down to a number of other variable but we can’t be sure I suppose. Nice drink would buy again

Love this drink! Definitely helps me calm down and not reach a glass of wine! Pleaseeeee do some more flavours. I love your fizzy drinks but it’s nice to have it with plain water of an evening.

This is a lovely tasting drink, I did find it very sweet thought so as it advises on the packet 250-500ml I mixed with 500ml of water to make it less sweet. my disappointment is this definitely gives no where near 30 servings. I’ve been using a measuring scoop 1 tsp levelling it off with a knife so it’s the exact measurement not a guess scoop. I have made a count of how many 500ml 1 teaspoon servings I’ve been able to make and it’s been exactly 17 servings which is a lot less that the approx 30 servings it states on packaging. I see others have said the same so it’s rather expensive for £20-£25 when only getting 17 drinks made. I’m going to look for an alternative powder to do the same job for a cheeper price as I do feel you’re paying for the brand name here rather than the actual contents. However I have had better quality sleep while using this, it’s not longer sleep or falling asleep faster but it is definitely better quality sleep.

tasty drinks and worked to make me feel sleepier in the evenings. Felt a bit groggy after first few uses but it eased up. I enjoyed using them. Recommend you drink 1 hour before sleep

I purchased this to help with waking at night. I'm about a fortnight or so into using it. While I still am waking at night, it's for much shorter periods and the quality of my sleep seems to be much deeper. The only downside I'm finding is that I'm waking up in the mornings feeling groggy with tiredness, which wasn't happening before even though I was having much less sleep. Otherwise this is much easier and more enjoyable to take than magnesium tablets and it tastes good. (Though very sweet! I have mine very diluted!) Extra nice with fizzy water and ice!

One of the only things that works to calm down my nervous system ! I think the L-theanine is what is most beneficial for me . It tastes great, easy to blend and you only need one glass a day to keep the bad thoughts away.

New review: I tried a new variation of this that is an electrolyte product. For some reason Amazon thinks this is the same product though the other one is the magnesium product, so I'll just add my information here. I had trouble with the other powder getting it to mix into water. This product mixes up so well with no residue at the bottom of the glass. The peach yuzu flavor is nice, however, I think it's very sweet and would prefer less sweetener. There is zero sugar, but it has Stevia. This product works better for me so I upgraded my review to 4 stars. Original review: I like the ingredients and I like the taste. But this does not mix up well. I did discover that if I add the scoop of powder to my glass and then add water that I don't get lumps like happened when I added the powder into the water last. However, no matter how long I stir, and even let this sit for a while on the counter, this does mix up fully. There is grainy stuff that sinks to the bottom of the glass that never dissolves. I don't know if that is the magnesium or what. Once I get near the bottom of the glass as I drink I have to swirl the liquid around again and try to get it down. But there is always grainy stuff left in the glass which makes me feel like I'm not getting everything.

Super sweet, for me anyway. I have to dilute it even more than it calls for. It also doesn't fully dissolve. I've tried all variations of water temperature. I've used one of those mixers you use to froth up/mix up coffee. Nothing seems to get it to fully dissolve. Otherwise, it seems to work as it should but between the super sweetness and it not fully dissolving, I won't be purchasing again.

It is a bit pricey, but the taste is surprisingly good so I was happy with purchase
