It takes 2 cups to get me to sleep but 1 cup leaves me very relaxed.

My experience with this tea is that it raised my regular blood pressure 130/87 to 196/102 while the accumulated sleep from the tea was low. I had to visit my medical doctor to get a pill to lower the Bl. Pr. I have the impression that bravo tea pushes a lot of strange leaves just to make money....killer tea.

Be careful this tea may not work for everyone this raised my moms blood pressure and gave her alot of anxiety
